In some companies a VSM (Value Stream Mapping) workshop can last 6 months, with us, we talk about a one day workshop to draw the current and future map plus to build up and prioritize the action plan. Not more than one day, but with three teams of your company participating. Our solution is so simple that later on some of them will be able to launch more VSM workshops.


In some industry (electronics for instance) SMED is a key factor of efficiency. Preparation of components, improvement of the first past yield from the very beginning, tools preparation, all together can multiply by 2 or 3 the OEE of some equipments. Here also our approach is to perform a proper workshop to teach your staff of to proceed and then your team will be capable to spread the tool through the whole factory.


5S: this is one of the most basic tools that should be in place in every company, not only in factory, but also in offices. Because of thiss we use standard tools, for a light implementation.
